Everything about this dress is fabulous! I was immediately drawn to that bright, vibrant color and fabulous silk satin fabric all the other details are just icing on the cake! A custom piece it is made of a hand dyed brilliant lime hued green and the silk satin allows for a depth and richness of color that no other fabric can quite convey. Cut almost starkly it is a A line sheath that falls to the floor form the shoulder. It is backed in Muslin to give it a little weight but not to feel cumbersome to the wearer this allows it to hold the almost sculptural shape better. Down the front is an elaborately beaded 3 dimensional Peacock whose feathers are highlighted by sequin work. A huge ascot multi ended bow sits at the neckline. Insanely fabulous, hand finished and wonderfully constructed. Excellent condition.
