The photos display it in an emerald green color, but I am able to make it in any color you choose. The top is fully lined and lightly boned. The puffed upper sleeves are stiffened with interfacing, and the lower sleeves are embellished with lace. A lace layered stay accompanied by a faux cameo pin at the neckband completes the look. The top has hook and eye closures down the front of the bodice. The full length skirt is delicately pleated at the center back and also has hook and eye closures. The hem is stitched by hand, and any exposed seams are overcast.
